This charity is raising money to provide free medical care for Umunomo, a village in Eastern Nigeria. Fr Martin our parish priest organises a medical programme for his home village as there are no medical care facilities in the area. The service provides GP check consultations, prescriptions, and minor eye surgery. The money raised supports the infrastructure, supply of medicines, doctors, nurses and equipment. All money donated to the charity goes directly to facilitating this service. The long-term aim is to build a permanent clinical facility for the village and surrounding area.
